Should be 8 glasses. (if you get sick of water drink herbal caffeine-free teas, or squeeze lemon or lime into it for a kick)
How much sugar have you consumed today/yesterday?
And I’m not just talking straight candy, and sweets. Soda, iced teas, and alcohol have a ton of sugar. CUT IT OUT! I promise you will feel 150 % better. More energy, less cravings…you won’t regret it! Also your sickness is bound to be scared away.
Lastly: Did you take any vitamin supplements?
